Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the terms and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Jaeyoong Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") through its website (www.jaeyoong.co.kr).

Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. User: A person who receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Use Agreement: A contract concluded between the Company and the User in relation to the use of the Services.
3. Registration: The act of filling out the application form provided by the Company, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and completing the service use contract.
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing the required personal information to the site.
5. User ID: A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Company for the purpose of identifying the member and enabling service use (only one ID per resident registration number is issued).
6. Password: A combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User to protect their personal information.
7. Termination: The expression of intent by either the Company or the Member to end the service use contract.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
Members who do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions may request membership withdrawal (termination). If a Member does not express refusal and continues to use the Services after 7 days from the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
① These Terms and Conditions take effect when posted on the service screen, notice board, or through other means.
② The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary. Amended terms will be posted on the service screen, and continued use after 7 days without refusal will be deemed agreement to the amendments.
③ If a User does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may stop using the Services and cancel their membership. Continued use will be deemed agreement, and the amended terms will take effect in the same manner as above.

Article 4 (Governing Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.


Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of the Service Use Agreement)
The Service Use Agreement is established through the Company's acceptance of the User's application and the User's agreement to the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
The application for use can be made by entering the personal information required in the application form provided on the membership information screen of the Services.

Article 7 (Acceptance of Application)
① The Company shall accept applications for use if the Member accurately fills out all required fields in the application form, unless there are special circumstances.
② The Company may refuse acceptance in the following cases:
1. If the application is not made under the applicant's real name.
2. If another person's name is used for the application.
3. If the application contains false information.
4. If the application is made with the intent to disturb public order or morals.
5. If the application does not meet other requirements set by the Company.

Article 8 (Changes to Contract Details)
If there are changes to the information provided at the time of application, the Member must update the information. The Company is not responsible for problems arising from failure to do so.


Chapter 3 Obligations of the Contracting Parties

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall not disclose or distribute a Member's personal information obtained in relation to service provision to any third party without the Member's consent, except where required by law, for criminal investigations, or in accordance with other legal procedures.

Article 10 (Obligations of the Member)
① Members must not engage in the following activities when using the Services:
1. Unauthorized use of another Member's ID.
2. Copying, publishing, or providing information obtained from the Services to third parties.
3. Infringing on the Company's or third parties' copyrights or other rights.
4. Disseminating content that violates public order or morals.
5. Engaging in activities objectively judged to be related to crimes.
6. Violating other relevant laws and regulations.
② Members may not use the Services for business activities, and the Company bears no responsibility for results arising from such use.
③ Members may not transfer, gift, or provide as collateral their rights to use the Services or any other contractual status.


Chapter 4 Use of Services

Article 11 (Member Responsibilities)
① Members are responsible for the maintenance of their email, bulletin boards, and registered materials as needed.
② Members may not arbitrarily delete or modify materials provided by the Company.
③ Members must not post any content that violates public order, morals, or infringes third-party rights on the Company's website. All responsibility for such actions lies with the Member.

Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
For efficient service operation, the Company may limit memory space, message size, and storage duration. Without prior notice, the Company may delete content in the following cases:
1. If it defames or slanders other members or third parties.
2. If it violates public order or morals.
3. If it contains content deemed to be related to criminal acts.
4. If it infringes on the copyrights or other rights of the Company or third parties.
5. If obscene material is posted or links to obscene sites are included.
6. If it is deemed to violate other relevant laws.

Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of posts belongs to the author. Members may not use information obtained through the Services for commercial purposes, including processing or selling such information.

Article 14 (Service Hours)
The Services are, in principle, available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are technical or business interruptions. However, this may not apply during scheduled maintenance.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
Members may not engage in hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegal distribution of commercial software. The Company is not responsible for losses, results of business activities, or legal measures taken by authorities due to violations.

Article 16 (Service Suspension)
The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases:
1. Unavoidable cases due to maintenance of service equipment.
2. When a telecommunications service provider suspends telecommunication services under the Telecommunications Business Act.
3. When system checks are required.
4. Other unavoidable circumstances.


Chapter 5 Termination of Contract and Use Restrictions

Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Use Restrictions)
① A Member wishing to terminate the Service Use Agreement must submit a termination request online. The Company will verify the request and take action.
② The Company may notify the Member 30 days prior to termination if the Member engages in the following, giving them an opportunity to explain:
1. Stealing another person's user ID or password.
2. Intentionally disrupting service operations.
3. Applying with false information.
4. Multiple registrations under different IDs by the same user.
5. Distributing content that violates public order or morals.
6. Damaging the reputation or causing disadvantages to others.
7. Sending large volumes of information or advertising to disrupt service stability.
8. Distributing computer viruses that cause malfunction or destruction of information systems.
9. Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company, other members, or third parties.
10. Unauthorized use of another person's personal information, user ID, or password.
11. Posting obscene material or linking to obscene websites.
12. Other violations of relevant laws.


Chapter 6 Miscellaneous

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members may not transfer, gift, or provide as collateral their right to use the Services or any contractual status.

Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by Members in relation to free services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 20 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is exempt from liability for service provision in the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
② The Company is exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service equipment.
③ The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to the Member's fault.
④ The Company is not responsible for losses due to materials obtained through the Services or expected profits.
⑤ The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by Members.

Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.


Supplementary Provisions
(Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions shall take effect from January 1, 2025.
